(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 9 in Vinh City, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held the opening ceremony of the 2014 Provincial Final Competition for Excellent Political Theory Lecturers. Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Vo Viet Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee - Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee, Le Ba Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, comrades Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Propaganda Department, political centers of districts and towns in the province.

Comrade Le Ba Hung - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Organizing Committee, read the opening speech of the contest, stating the purpose and significance of the contest: In 2013, the Propaganda Department organized the Contest for Excellent Political Theory Lecturers of 5 District Clusters and affiliated Party Committees, and selected 9 lecturers who won first and second prizes to compete in the provincial final round today. The contest aims to create a movement of teaching and learning competition, improve the quality of training and fostering cadres at district-level political training centers and affiliated Party Committees. In order to improve knowledge, skills, and teaching methods for the teaching staff; exchange and draw experiences in teaching political theory in a lively, practical way, creating excitement for teachers and learners.
