Starling singing contest in Quynh Luu

(Baonghean.vn) –On the morning of November 11, in Hoang Mai town, Hoang Mai Bird Association (Quynh Luu) organized the first open "Starling singing contest" with the participation of hundreds of bird lovers in Nghe An province.

The contest aims to create a useful playground, protect the environment and protect rare bird species. With 6 rounds, each round lasts 30 minutes, more than 100 participating bird cages are eliminated in order: round 1 eliminates 16 cages, round 2, round 3, round 4 each eliminates 12 cages.

The organizers had a hard time because of the unfavorable weather, rain and monsoon, so the time to test the birds' singing, endurance and competitiveness needed to be honed, and the judges' impartiality and transparency were clearly demonstrated after each competition.

Results: First prize went to Ha Huy Khanh (Dien Thinh, Dien Chau), Second prize: Tran Lien (Block 4, Cau Giat town), Third prize: Tran Thanh Tung (Hoang Mai Cement) and 2 consolation prizes went to Hoang Tuan Lam (Hoang Mai town), Van Chin (Cau Giat town).

This is an activity of the ornamental plant association in Quynh Luu district that is admired by hundreds of people in the province and invested in participating in this playground.
