Competition of good farmer propagandists 2015

(Baonghean.vn)- On July 9, Vinh City Farmers' Association organized the 2015 Excellent Propagandist Contest for members of 11 association branches in the city.

This is one of the activities to implement the Resolution of the 4th Central Executive Committee Conference of the Vietnam Farmers' Union (term VI), on "Strengthening innovation in propaganda and mobilization work for farmers in the new situation", and at the same time, achieving achievements towards celebrating the 85th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Union (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2015).

Vinh City leaders presented souvenir flags to the participating teams.

Through 3 competitions: "Presentation skills", "Knowledge" and "Abilities", the contestants brought to the contest useful knowledge and understanding of the Party and State's policies, guidelines and laws on agriculture, farmers and rural areas; historical traditions and emulation movements of the Vietnam Farmers' Association.

Not only that, the contestants also brought practical experiences in propaganda and farmer mobilization work, helping viewers understand more about the role, position, function and tasks of the Farmers' Association at the grassroots level. In particular, through the "Talent" contest in the form of dramatization, the contestants demonstrated their talents in singing, dancing, flower arrangement, magic... many performances were invested in elaborate and unique staging, conveying richly, easily understood and easily remembered the policies of the Party and State.

The organizing committee awarded prizes to units with outstanding achievements.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded first, second, third and consolation prizes to outstanding propagandists.
