(Baonghean.vn) - On August 19, in Vinh city, the Provincial Farmers' Association organized the "2015 Excellent Propagandist Competition".
Attending the contest were comrades: Leu Vu Dieu, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union; Nguyen Xuan Thang, member of the Central Committee of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Farmers' Support Fund; Nguyen Huu Nhi, Chairman of the Nghe An Farmers' Union, and leaders of the Farmers' Union at all levels.

The “Excellent Propagandaist of the Year 2015” contest has the participation of 21 contestants from 21 districts and cities of the Association. During the one-day contest, the contestants will go through three rounds: presentation skills, knowledge and talent. This is an opportunity for the team of propagandists at all levels of the Association in the whole province to meet, exchange and share experiences with each other; thereby improving skills, improving professional qualifications, finding effective communication methods to contribute to bringing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and resolutions of the Association into life.

Through the competition, the Association at all levels will also assess the current state of propaganda activities and the quality of the propaganda team, thereby having a plan to train and improve the qualifications of the propaganda team; creating a strong change in propaganda activities at the grassroots level. The competition will take place in one day, the Organizing Committee will award prizes to the winning teams at the end of this afternoon.
