National Assembly approves tuition-free policy for public students from 2025-2026 school year

With 418/423 National Assembly deputies participating in the vote in favor (reaching 99%), on June 24, the National Assembly passed the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended).
National Assembly agrees to continue reducing VAT by 2% until the end of 2026

From July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, the VAT rate will be reduced by 2% for groups of goods and services currently subject to a tax rate of 10%, down to 8%.
