Today (April 1), start receiving registration forms for the national high school exam
GD&TĐ - Starting today (April 1), the Departments of Education and Training will begin receiving exam registration forms (DKDT) and entering candidate data into the exam management software.

Application form
Accordingly, candidates register for the exam at the high school where they study grade 12. Independent candidates register at the location specified by the Department of Education and Training.
Application documents for candidates who do not have a high school diploma include: 2 identical application forms;
High school transcript; transcript or test report of self-study learners for continuing education (copy);
Valid certificates to enjoy preferential treatment and incentives (if any). To enjoy preferential treatment related to the place of permanent residence registration, candidates must have a copy of the Permanent Residence Registration Book;
2 4x6 cm photos and 2 stamped envelopes with the candidate's contact address clearly written on them.
Independent candidates, in addition to the above-mentioned documents, must have: Birth certificate (copy); Confirmation paper from the People's Committee of the commune where they reside according to the content specified in Point c, Clause 2, Article 12 of these Regulations if they are not eligible to take the exam in previous years due to poor conduct in grade 12;
Certificate from the high school where the student studied grade 12 or registered for the exam regarding academic ranking for students with poor academic ranking as prescribed in Point c, Clause 2, Article 12 of these Regulations;
Secondary or intermediate school diploma (copy); Certificate of reserved scores (if any) certified by the Principal of the high school where the candidate took the exam last year.
Registration documents for independent candidates who have graduated from high school include: 2 identical registration forms; High school or intermediate diploma (copy); 2 4x6 cm photos and 02 envelopes with stamps and the candidate's contact address clearly written.
When the deadline for submitting the Exam Registration Form expires, if any mistakes or errors are discovered, candidates must promptly notify the Principal of the high school or the Head of the unit where they registered for the exam or the Examination Council on the day of the exam procedures for correction or supplementation.
Special cases are allowed to add certificates to enjoy priority and bonus points. These must be done before the exam date to be valid.
Deadline for submitting application for registration is April 30, 2016.
Place of submission of application for business registration
Independent candidates taking the exam for recognition of high school graduation can choose the location to submit their application at one of the training registration units as prescribed by the Department of Education and Training, but must take the exam at the examination cluster where high school students of that training registration unit are allowed to take the exam according to regulations.
Independent candidates taking the exam only for university and college admission can choose to take the exam at the exam cluster chaired by the university and submit their application at a location suitable to the candidate's conditions.
No change of exam cluster or subject after April 30
After April 30, 2016, candidates are not allowed to change the exam cluster and information about the registered exam subjects.
Independent candidates who have lost their original high school transcripts but wish to take the 2016 exam must have their transcripts re-certified, based on the records of the high school where they studied grade 12 or based on the exam records of previous exams.
Certified copies of relevant documents are photocopies certified by a notary public. Commune-level police confirm the candidate's residence, qualifications, moral qualities, and strict compliance with State policies and laws, and local regulations; district-level professional agencies confirm the conditions for enjoying other preferential standards as prescribed in Article 36 of the Examination Regulations.
The candidate's photo must be a color photo of the ID card or Citizen Identification Card (collectively called the ID card), taken no more than 6 months before the application submission date.
Candidates register at the examination cluster according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. Information on province code, district code, commune code, high school code, region, and priority subjects is regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
Candidates taking the exam for the purpose of being recognized as high school graduates or just for university or college admissions or both purposes can register at the university exam cluster. The graduation exam cluster organizes the exam for candidates taking the exam for the purpose of being recognized as high school graduates only.
