Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D. Medvedev was born on September 14, 1965 in Leningrad. In 1987, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Leningrad State University and in 1990, defended his doctorate at Leningrad State University with a major in law.

Prime Minister D. Medvedev's working process: From 1990-1999, taught at Saint Petersburg State University, advised the Chairman of the Leningrad City Council. In 1999-2000, Deputy Head of the Government Office of the Russian Federation and Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation...

Since January 2005, he was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation. Since March 2008, he was elected President of the Russian Federation and since May 2012, he was appointed Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the United Russia Party.
