(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 22, more than 150,000 Do Luong voters at 243 polling stations participated in the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2016-2021 term.
In Do Luong district, there are 4 candidates for National Assembly deputies, 8 candidates for Provincial People's Council, 68 candidates for District People's Council and 1,442 candidates for Commune People's Council.
Immediately after exercising their right to vote at their place of residence, the leaders of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee went to the polling stations to encourage voters to participate in the election.
