Screening for patients for the pediatric congenital heart surgery program in Nghe An is one of the humanitarian activities sponsored by Bac A Bank and TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company. This is the second year of implementing this humanitarian program, so the organization is quite well prepared. Nghe An Children's Fund has coordinated with leading cardiovascular experts and good doctors from the Cardiovascular Center - E Hospital (Hanoi) to go directly to the Do Luong Humanitarian Center to examine children in the Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, Tan Ky, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong and Ky Son clusters.

It is known that the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of the district has widely announced to each hamlet and commune in the district, then made a specific list and the staff of the department contracted to rent a car to take the children and their relatives to the screening location. Along with that, the district has allocated a support fund of 50 thousand VND for each child when going for examination... With the efforts of the Cardiovascular Center - E Hospital and related departments, on the first day of implementing the congenital heart disease screening program for children in the Do Luong cluster, 218 children in the area were screened and 101 patients were ultrasounded, thereby detecting and indicating 30 cases of congenital heart disease surgery. These cases were guided by the Nghe An Children's Support Fund and Hanoi E Hospital to complete the procedures to monitor and perform heart disease surgery at Hanoi E Hospital.
