Thus, the total number of workers going to work abroad in the first 4 months of this year decreased compared to the same period last year (by 85.9%), reaching 28.5% of the planned target of sending 90,000 workers to work abroad in 2012.

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs recently sent a working delegation led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Hoa to Russia to finalize and prepare for the implementation of the Labor Cooperation Agreement signed by the two countries in 2008, after being ratified by the Russian State Duma.
