To support candidates participating in the 2023 Grade 10 Entrance Exam, the youth of the whole province has established 315 volunteer teams with a total of more than 3,000 union members and youth.

According to comrade Tran Linh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Student Association, the content of the "Supporting the exam season" program in 2023 for the youth of the whole province will be divided into two main stages: Before the exam takes place and during the exam.

Specifically, before the exam took place, the Youth Union organizations in the whole province proactively reviewed and developed support plans for students in difficult circumstances in remote, isolated, border areas, orphaned students, disabled students, poor students overcoming difficulties, poor households, near-poor households, etc. to develop appropriate support plans.

At the same time, seek resources to support the program; seek scholarships for candidates in difficult circumstances; coordinate the organization of the program "Exam Season's Willpower" and support learning tools for candidates.

In addition, the Youth Union branches carry out the activities "Secrets to review for high scores" including: Introducing reputable online knowledge review channels and posting high school graduation exam review and practice videos on newspapers, radio channels, websites, and fanpages of the Youth Union and Association.
Mobilize union members and youth of high schools to participate in mock exams and assess their abilities before the exam; promote and mobilize students to register for review courses in the high school graduation exam system on the official online education platform.

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Provincial Student Association Secretariat provide 1,000 online learning accounts for students across the province; organize models"Tutor in blue shirt", “01 young teacher, young lecturer, student supports 01 candidate”… Distribute “Supporting the spirit” publications to enhance positive energy, steadfast spirit, tips to master the spirit of confidence and optimism entering the exam.

For support activities during the exam, volunteer teams will coordinate with authorities, medical facilities, and testing locations to review and grasp information about the situation of candidates in the locality and develop proactive plans to handle any unusual incidents related to weather, accidents, health, etc. of candidates.
