More than 370 gifts go to poor students in remote areas

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 23, the Anh Son Association in Hanoi coordinated with the People's Committee of Anh Son district to organize the giving of many gifts to students in Anh Son district.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 370 gifts to poor students of Binh Son and Tho Son Primary and Secondary Schools, which are remote areas of Anh Son district. These included 20 gifts for poor students who overcame difficulties to study well, each worth 500,000 VND, 350 new warm clothes for poor students, and over 1,000 old clothes donated by members of the association from Hanoi. The total value of the gifts was over 50 million VND.

This is a very meaningful and practical gift, partly encouraging and helping poor students in ethnic minority areas overcome difficulties in their studies, as well as keep them warm in the cold winter.
