'Warm Winter - Volunteer Spring' of the Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee
Implementing the Youth Union and Youth Movement Program in 2024, on the afternoon of December 13, the Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Chuong Duong Branch and Tuong Duong District Youth Union to organize the program "Warm Winter - Volunteer Spring 2024" in Xieng My commune, Tuong Duong district.
Attending the program were representatives of local authorities, sponsors, students at Xieng My Primary School and families in difficult circumstances in the commune.

As a poor commune of Tuong Duong district, Xieng My commune has 3 ethnic groups living together: Thai, Kinh and Kho Mu; of which, over 90% are Thai people. The commune has 7 villages: Chon, Noong Mo, Pieng O, Dinh Tai, Cha Hia, Phay and Khe Quynh. People in Xieng My commune mainly do slash-and-burn farming, grow wet rice... People's lives are still very difficult.

The program “Warm Winter - Volunteer Spring” is an annual activity of the Provincial Youth Union, with the desire to share with students in difficult circumstances, helping them have better conditions to excel in their studies. Along with that, through many practical activities, helping poor households reduce difficulties in life, welcoming the Lunar New Year in warmth and love.
