(Baonghean.vn)- On September 15, the Department of Justice organized a training conference on Civil Status Law and Authentication for judicial and local judicial staff in districts, towns, communes and wards.

More than 800 members were trained in Civil Status Law and Authentication.

The training session was attended by more than 800 members including: Provincial-level legal reporters; officials of the Department of Justice; directors of centers under the department, heads and deputy heads of the Justice Departments of districts and specialists; judicial and civil status teams at the commune level.

The conference members were informed and guided by the Director of the Department of Civil Status, Nationality and Authentication, Nguyen Cong Khanh, Director of the Department of Justice, Mr. Hoang Quoc Hao, and Deputy Director Nguyen Thi Que Anh on some basic contents of the Law on Civil Status and Authentication and the Law on Civil Status.

Regarding the Certification Service, the conference members were guided on some contents of Decree 23/2015 of the Prime Minister on the authority to issue copies from the original book, certify copies from the original; certify signatures; transaction contracts of the District Justice Department; Duties and powers of the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns...
