Honda launches Dio Deluxe scooter for $800
Japanese car company launches a popular motorbike model in the Indian market, 109 cc engine, priced at 800 USD.
Honda has just launched the Dio Deluxe scooter model with a selling price of 800 USD in the Indian market. This is essentially a new version, added to the Dio product line that the Japanese motorcycle brand is selling on the market.
Compared to the standard version, the Dio Deluxe is $30 more expensive, meaning it comes with full LED headlights and daytime running lights. The instrument cluster is fully digital and has an Eco driving indicator light.
Gold painted wheels, two-tone sports decals. The middle section is equipped with a foldable hanger and an optional USB charging port inside the trunk.
Honda Dio Deluxe still retains the old general design and size. The vehicle is 1,781 mm long, 710 mm wide, 1,133 mm high and has a wheelbase of 1,238 mm. The saddle height is 765 mm.
The vehicle still uses a 109 cc single-cylinder engine, with a maximum capacity of 7.92 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 8.91 Nm at 5,500 rpm. CVT gearbox. The maximum speed can reach 83 km/h.
Compared to the Activa 5G, the Dio is about 0.04 horsepower and 0.09 Nm weaker despite sharing the same engine. The front suspension is a telescopic fork and the rear is a monoshock. The vehicle uses drum brakes on both the front and rear wheels, integrated with CBS combined braking technology.
