Steering Committee Meeting of Vinh Examination Council, University and College Entrance Exam, 2nd round - 2012
(Baonghean.vn) - Today, July 7, the Vinh examination cluster examination council held a steering committee meeting to announce the plan for the second round of university and college entrance exams for groups B, C, D, T, and M in 2012.
In the second round, Vinh Exam Cluster has 5 exam blocks with 37,244 candidates registered to take the exam (of which, 20,100 candidates registered to take the exam for Vinh University and nearly 17,000 candidates registered to take the exam for 41 universities in Hanoi and 28 universities in Ho Chi Minh City); Vinh Exam Cluster arranged 1,117 exam rooms divided into 60 exam sites. Due to the complexity of the exam: there are 5 exam blocks taking place at the same time, many essay subjects so errors are likely to occur, negative elements always look for loopholes in all stages to take advantage of such as: taking additional exams, taking exams for others, using documents... so the Vinh Exam Cluster Steering Committee has thoroughly informed the exam site leaders about the exam regulations, issues to note in exam security, how to number candidates...
In particular, drawing on experience from the first round of invigilation, the Steering Committee of the examination sites especially reminded the invigilators and candidates to: Sign the exam papers, scratch papers, and multiple-choice answer sheets: just enough, do not sign extra, sign in the correct position on the exam papers and multiple-choice answer sheets; do not let candidates sign the exam collection list in advance, pay attention to fully implementing the regulations when collecting the exam papers. Particularly for multiple-choice exams, when candidates submit their exam papers, they must ensure that the exam papers have enough pages, and that the pages have the same exam code...
Also this afternoon, the inspection team and the heads of the examination sites will review the facilities at the examination sites; post the list of candidates, attach exam room numbers, create exam room diagrams and make necessary announcements for candidates (exam schedules, timetables, issues related to admissions, etc.)
Tomorrow morning, September 8, candidates will go to the examination councils to complete exam registration procedures and listen to the regulations before taking the first exam from the morning of July 9.
