When trading drugs, Hang also hired taxis and motorbike taxis to do the transactions. These two people often took drugs provided by Hang, then used them and sold them to drug addicts in Thua Thien - Hue and Quang Tri.

After receiving instructions from the Board of Directors of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police, the Drug Crime Investigation Department established a project to combat and arrest the above subjects.

Previously, as reported, at 1:30 p.m. on June 8, the Drug Crime Investigation Department of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police raided the Hue Xua motel (located on Diem Phung Thi Street, Hue City) and arrested Hoang Nguyen Minh Hang. In 2 rooms of this motel, the police seized 1,303 ecstasy pills, nearly 500 million VND and many related tools and documents.

Next, the Drug Crime Investigation Department of Thua Thien - Hue Province Police arrested two more subjects: Nguyen Van Quang and Ngo Thi Hang Dung. Searching the subjects' residence, the police seized 625 grams of synthetic drugs (ketamine), a small scale and some drug paraphernalia.

Synthetic drugs in tablet form were trafficked and transported from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue for consumption by drug ring members.

Through a quick test, all three subjects tested positive for drugs. At the police station, Hang admitted to buying the goods from Ho Chi Minh City, transporting them by bus, then bringing them to Hue to deliver to Quang and Dung, along with many other subjects, to trade and distribute in Quang Tri and Thua Thien - Hue provinces.
