(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 13, 2015, the Standing Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee held a conference to collect opinions from key officials from different periods on the documents of the 28th district Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

Comrade Hoang Van Phi - Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary reported an overview of the draft Political Report of the District Party Executive Committee, term XXVII, to be presented to the 28th District Party Congress, term 2015-2020, clearly stating the achievements and difficulties, challenges, frankly pointing out the limitations, shortcomings and causes. From that reality, the draft pointed out 5 lessons learned.

In the 2015-2020 term, the district has set 25 targets on economy, culture, society, environment, national defense and security and Party building, focusing on the following targets: average annual economic growth rate of 12-13%, average income per capita in 2020 reaching 70 million VND, poverty rate reduced to 3%/year; Annually, 50% of grassroots party organizations meet clean and strong standards, 100% of hamlets have party cells and party members, on average, 120-150 new party members are admitted each year. On that basis, the draft has proposed 4 groups of tasks and 8 solutions that need to be implemented to successfully complete the set goals.

At the conference, there were 16 opinions from former key cadres through the periods contributing to the draft documents of the Hung Nguyen district party congress. They focused on the following contents: The orientation and goals for the next term need to form concentrated agricultural production areas in the direction of high-quality goods, improve the work of land consolidation and land accumulation associated with re-planning of fields, bringing machinery to the fields to contribute to improving production efficiency and raising the income of rural people.

Effectively exploit the advantages of the district bordering the city, having a market for goods, it is necessary to pay attention to developing clean vegetable production, raising fish and poultry. How agricultural service cooperatives operate, it is necessary to summarize and re-evaluate in order to transform their operating model in accordance with the Law on Cooperatives. Improve the quality of existing craft villages, build brands for craft village products to promote efficiency, create jobs and increase income for workers in craft villages. It is necessary to pay attention to environmental issues; Do a good job in religious work, especially developing party members of religious origin; Strengthen foreign relations to attract investment resources for development. Ensure rural security, Strengthen training of secretaries of subordinate party cells, strengthen dialogue with the grassroots to set out the correct direction in leading the implementation of directives and resolutions at all levels. Pay attention to cadre work, improve the quality of party cell activities; In the solution section, it is necessary to pay attention to measures for organization and implementation.
