Hung Nguyen meets with businesses, farm owners, and craft villages
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 17, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Nguyen District held a meeting with businesses, farm owners, and craft villages in 2014.
Attending the meeting were representatives of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises; more than 100 owners of small and medium enterprises, farm and craft village owners; Chairmen of People's Committees of 23 communes and towns in the district.

Currently, the district has 137 small and medium enterprises; dozens of craft villages and villages with crafts (of which 5 craft villages have been recognized as craft villages); 320 farms and family farms (of which 16 farms meet the criteria of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development). The production and business activities of small and medium enterprises, farms and craft villages in the district in recent times have actively contributed to the economic restructuring, promoting socio-economic development in the district, ensuring social security in the district.

At the meeting, businesses, farm owners, and craft villages thanked the attention and support of the Party Committees, authorities, and political systems at all levels in Hung Nguyen in creating favorable conditions, policy mechanisms, and removing difficulties for businesses, farms, and craft villages to expand their production and business scale. At the same time, they expressed their hope that all levels, sectors, organizations, and people would continue to agree and create favorable conditions for businesses to stabilize and increasingly expand their production scale and do profitable business.
Also at the meeting, the leaders of Hung Nguyen district thanked the contributions of enterprises, farm owners, and craft villages in promoting economic growth, increasing budget revenue to VND518 billion in 2013 and ensuring social security for the district. At the same time, they hoped that production and business enterprises would comply with the law, maintain their reputation for sustainable development and continue to contribute to building Hung Nguyen homeland to become increasingly prosperous.
On this occasion, 5 enterprises received Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Business Association; Hung Nguyen District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 enterprises, 1 craft village and 5 farms.
