Hung Nguyen: Meeting of safety clusters to master combat readiness

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 30, 2014, Hung Nguyen organized a meeting on Safety and combat readiness for the third quarter, deploying tasks for the fourth quarter in 6 commune and town clusters. Attending the meeting were the Steering Committees for Safety and Combat readiness of the clusters, Party Committee Secretaries, People's Committee Chairmen, Fatherland Front Committee Chairmen, Military and Police Chiefs of communes and towns.

The five contents reported at the conference are: building a strong political system, building and developing the economy to improve people's lives, building a national defense and people's security, building a healthy cultural lifestyle, and implementing well social policies and military rear areas.

Overview of the conference

The meeting aimed to reflect the situation at the grassroots level, promptly resolve and propose solutions to problems and propose recommendations from the people such as: supporting funding for land consolidation according to Directive No. 08 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, providing more specific instructions on lending cement for concrete roads in "new rural construction", proposing to thoroughly handle the situation of using electric shock to catch aquatic products to protect the environment and create confidence among the people to confidently raise fish for the third crop, speeding up the process of granting land use right certificates.

Based on the assessment of the achieved results and the acceptance of recommendations, the clusters have noted that the bases need to focus on leading and directing a number of key tasks in the fourth quarter, which are: implementing the measles-rubella vaccination campaign for children aged 1-14, reviewing the results compared to the set targets and plans, focusing on directing winter crop production; completing the dissemination of Resolution 9 of the Central Committee (11th Term); preparing well for the initial examination, military service examination and the first military assignment in 2015, regularly patrolling and guarding to promptly grasp the security and order situation to advise on handling incidents, doing well the work of PCBL-TKCN; doing well the work of meeting voters and citizens, preparing well the contents for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 12th National Party Congress./.
