Attending the meeting at the Cultural House of Hamlet 3, Hung Tan Commune, which was also a conference to review law violators before the people, we saw the seriousness and responsibility of the hamlet executive committee and the people. The hamlet meeting was carefully prepared by the locality, with the participation of departments, branches, and organizations in the commune and hamlet, along with a large number of people in the area. After Hamlet Chief Dinh Nho Hung reported on the general situation of the hamlet, in which he praised the people's self-awareness in maintaining the hygiene of the residential area, the spirit of voluntarily contributing to all obligations..., the hamlet chief informed about the security and order situation in the commune, in which there were still cases of dog theft and property theft. Unfortunately, in the hamlet, there was a child named NT who had committed petty theft many times, and today the hamlet brought him up for review.

After the commune police summarized the content of T's violation, T read the self-criticism, repented and reformed for his wrongdoings and pledged not to repeat the offense. There were many comments from responsible officials in departments, branches, organizations and the people advising the child and reminding the family to care, supervise and educate him.

When bringing the violators to be criticized, the people contributed sincere opinions, the violators realized their mistakes, self-criticized and promised to correct. The effectiveness of this work is quite high.

With the love, responsibility, perseverance and tolerance of the members of the Law Education Dissemination Council, the departments and organizations of Hung Xuan commune have also brought Nguyen Van Sang, residing in Hamlet 8, for self-criticism for intentionally causing injury; Hung Long commune has brought Hoang Trong Bao, Phan Trong Vinh, Nguyen Van Ky for self-criticism for drug use; Hung Chau commune has brought Pham Cuong Quyet, Nguyen Van Phap, Nguyen Van Khac for self-criticism for theft of property... According to Major Phan Thanh Binh, Team Leader of the Movement Building Team and in charge of the commune of Hung Nguyen District Police: Since the beginning of the year, the police force of communes in the district has compiled files to put 39 subjects under educational management according to Decree 111/CP, of which 15 subjects have been brought for self-criticism before the people. Most of these subjects have committed petty thefts in the locality, often gather, cause disturbances, disrupt order, violate traffic safety order, etc. Bringing law violators to be criticized in front of the people is for no other purpose than to help those who have committed crimes to be more aware of their wrongdoings and commit not to re-offend. At the same time, it also has a great effect in deterring and preventing criminals who are still "latent". Therefore, since the beginning of the year, the security and order situation in the area has been stable, crimes related to social order compared to the same period in 2013 have decreased by 2 cases, and property damage has decreased by 20 million VND.

Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Bat Cam - Deputy Head of the Department of Building the Movement for the People to Protect National Security, Provincial Police, said: The review of subjects according to Decree 111 of the Government by Hung Nguyen District Police in the past time has been carried out in accordance with regulations, often integrated with the launching sessions of the movement "The People to Protect National Security", attracting a large number of people to participate, helping people to be more courageous in fighting, denouncing crimes, and actively participating in protecting local security and order.

Thus, to continue to effectively implement Decree 111 in the fight against and prevention of all types of crimes, the government and fronts and organizations need to continue to promote mass mobilization work to join hands in reforming and educating law violators, both to serve as a deterrent and to demonstrate the community's concern so that the subjects change their awareness and behavior, towards a positive and healthy lifestyle, and become useful people for society.
