Hung Nguyen deploys key tasks in 2013
(Baonghean.vn) -On December 21, Hung Nguyen district held a conference to summarize the work of 2012 and deploy key tasks for 2013.
The assessment of the implementation of the tasks in 2012 of the Hung Nguyen District Party Committee affirmed that many important results have been achieved. In the work of party building, the District Party Committee and the grassroots have fully and promptly disseminated resolutions and policies to party members, cadres and people; creating high awareness and consensus. In particular, the district has seriously and effectively organized self-criticism and criticism in the spirit of Resolution of the 11th Central Committee, Session 4: "Some urgent issues on party building at present"; organized meetings and commended outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example". The work of cadres has been given attention. The district has taken many measures to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Central Committee; implemented the planning of the contingent of party committees and leaders and managers at all levels according to requirements and regulations; Party development work was focused on, during the year 119 new party members were admitted, reaching 99% of the yearly plan, including 02 lay party members. Inspection and supervision work was strengthened, violations were detected and handled promptly. Mass mobilization work had many positive changes.

In terms of leadership and direction, socio-economic development has achieved many encouraging results: total production value reached 3,334 billion VND, growth rate of 6.9%; economic structure has changed in a positive direction, average income per capita: 17.2 million VND/person/year. Cultural, educational, medical, and employment activities... in the district are well meeting the demands of the people and the community. Security and order are stable, national defense targets are completed.
The key tasks in 2013 have been set by the district with specific targets and solutions. Continuing to maintain the title of district with excellent emulation movements and the district Party Committee has been recognized by the Provincial Party Committee as a clean and strong Party Committee for 11 consecutive years.
