(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 25, the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district held a ceremony to commend and reward excellent students and teachers with high achievements in studying and teaching in the 2014 - 2015 school year.

In the 2014-2015 school year, the emulation movement of excellent teaching and excellent learning of the Hung Nguyen education sector continued to be affirmed. In the past school year, the whole Hung Nguyen district had 119 students achieving first, second, and third place in the provincial and national excellent students; 116 teachers achieved excellent teaching at the provincial and district levels.

Commendation of teachers and students with high achievements in the 2014 - 2015 school year.

At the commendation ceremony, the District People's Committee awarded 45 national and provincial excellent students; 14 students who scored 42.5 points or higher in the 10th grade entrance exam and 57 students who passed the university entrance exam with high scores.

The district also awarded 36 teachers with high achievements in training excellent students. The total amount of awards given to students and teachers is 106 million VND.
