Guidance on drafting documents and serving Party Congresses at grassroots level

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 7, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to guide the drafting of documents and serve the grassroots Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

Conference overview

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Tran Cong Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office, emphasized a number of requirements on the preparation of documents for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term. According to Directive 36 of the Politburo, the Party Committee's documents submitted to the Congress include three important documents, namely the political report, the review report of the Party Executive Committee, and the resolution of the Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

Comrade Tran Cong Duong delivered the opening speech at the conference.

Comrade Tran Cong Duong requested that in preparing the political report, it is necessary to objectively, comprehensively, consistently and unanimously evaluate the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2010-2015 term, on that basis, determine the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2015-2020 term. Regarding the review report of the Party Executive Committee, it is necessary to clearly evaluate the implementation of the assigned duties and tasks of the Standing Committee members and Executive Committee members during the 2010-2015 term. In addition to drafting documents, in preparation for the Congress, Party Committees need to focus on propaganda work before, during and after the Congress; and logistical preparation for the Congress.
