The Chief Inspector of the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said he had sent an invitation to Huong Tram to work on September 3.

On the evening of August 26, singer Huong Tram performed at the Time Lounge bar in Hanoi in an outfit that revealed a lot of skin and white underwear. Regarding the case of singer Huong Tram, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong, Chief Inspector of the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that because Huong Tram lives in Ho Chi Minh City and is about to have a 4-day National Day holiday, the Department sent an invitation asking her to come to clarify the incident on September 3.

After this working session, the Department Inspectorate will issue a specific penalty. According to Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP of the Government, Huong Tram will likely be fined from 5-10 million VND and may be banned from performing for 3 months.
