Overview of the rally

According to the report of Vinh City Medical Center, up to now, Vinh City has accumulated 1961 cases of HIV infection, of which 1381 have turned into AIDS, 870 people have died from AIDS. In particular, Le Mao, Truong Thi, Ha Huy Tap, Hung Binh, Vinh Tan wards have nearly 500 people infected with HIV and AIDS. Through the rally, the Steering Committee for HIV/AIDS prevention of wards and communes in Vinh City called for the participation of all levels, sectors, and mass organizations in the city to focus on propaganda so that each person and community can improve their knowledge about HIV/AIDS prevention. Increase access to care, support, and treatment services for people infected with HIV, join hands to help people infected with HIV/AIDS integrate into the community, do not discriminate or discriminate against people infected with HIV. Especially promote the initiative of infected people in participating in HIV/AIDS prevention, contributing to reducing the number of people infected with HIV, towards no new HIV infections.
