Anh Son District announces detailed planning of Cau Tru Town
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 21, the People's Committee of Anh Son district organized the announcement of the Decision on approving the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2,000 of Cau Tru town in Linh Son commune (Anh Son).

According to the planning, Cau Tru town, Linh Son commune has an area of nearly 50 hectares; the North borders Lam River; the South borders village 10, Linh Son commune; the East borders village 14, Linh Son commune; the West borders village 3, Linh Son commune. Cau Tru town has a current planned population of about 2,300 people. The functional area division structure includes: public works construction area, residential area, sports area, craft village area...
This will also be a potential commercial, service, cultural and tourist center that plays a role in promoting the socio-economic development of the district in general, connecting Anh Son and Do Luong districts and other districts to create opportunities for Anh Son to unleash its potential, attract maximum resources, attract investment to create a legal basis for managing construction according to planning, meeting the needs for construction and improving living conditions for the people.
