The Standing Committee of Anh Son District Youth Union coordinated with the White Blouse Volunteer Youth Club of Vinh Medical University, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Youth Union of Phuc Son Commune to organize the Youth Volunteer Program "Warm Spring of Human Love 2013" in Cao Veu Village, Phuc Son Commune. The White Blouse Volunteer Youth Club presented 145 gifts worth 21,750,000 VND to 145 poor families and families with difficult circumstances; organized a cultural exchange night "Spring on the Border" and presented gifts worth 1,500,000 VND to officers and soldiers of Border Guard Station 557 in Cao Veu Village, Phuc Son Commune.
