Ky Son mountainous district ranks first in the competition for excellent secondary school teachers

(Baonghean.vn) - After nearly 1 month of implementation, the provincial-level excellent teacher competition for secondary school has found the owners of the highest awards. At the same time, the leading units in the collective awards have also been identified.

Accordingly, the Provincial Excellent Teacher Competition for Secondary School had 337/517 teachers recognized, reaching a rate of 67.50%. Of these, 178 teachers failed the competency round and 12 teachers failed the aptitude round.

Statistics from the Organizing Committee also show that, in terms of total score, the Vinh City Department of Education and Training is the leading unit for urban and rural areas. Next are the Dien Chau Department of Education and Training, and the Thai Hoa Town Department of Education and Training.

In the mountainous region, the Department of Education and Training of Ky Son district is the leading district, followed by Tuong Duong and Que Phong districts. The two districts at the bottom of the tables are Quy Hop and Con Cuong.

In terms of exam subjects, Foreign Language and Information Technology are the two subjects with 100% of teachers participating in the exam recognized. Next are the subjects: Civic Education (83.33%), Geography (81.58%), Literature (75.95%). The lowest are Mathematics (45.36%), Biology (47.62%) and Physics (56.67%).

As for individuals, the teacher with the highest score was Vo Thi Hanh, a History teacher at Hung Dung Secondary School, with a total score of 37.53 points. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded First and Second prizes to 14 other subjects.
