Nam Dan District Party Committee directly dialogues with the head of the mass mobilization group of the hamlet
Implementing the Provincial Party Committee's regulations on contact and dialogue with the people, on the morning of July 11, Nam Dan District Party Committee organized a conference to directly dialogue with the heads of the mass mobilization groups at the hamlet level. Attending were representatives of the leaders of the Mass Mobilization Committees and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; departments, branches, and organizations at the district level and 333 heads of mass mobilization groups at the block and hamlet levels in the entire district.

Attending were representatives of the leaders of the Mass Mobilization Committees and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; departments, branches, and organizations at the district level and 333 heads of mass mobilization groups at the block and hamlet levels in the entire district.
In a democratic and open atmosphere, the delegates of the mass mobilization bloc at the block and hamlet levels frankly questioned the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on a number of issues such as improving the quality of rural electricity, environmental pollution, degraded traffic infrastructure on some roads, and many other issues related to people's lives. Difficulties and obstacles in new rural construction, land conversion, irrigation systems, land management, crop variety management, price stability and output for agricultural products... were also mentioned by many opinions.
District Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy spoke at the dialogue.
Some people also say that the Party's innovation depends on the people; only when the people know and understand can they act, that is the role of mass mobilization. However, currently the province and district have not paid attention to the team doing mass mobilization work, and there is no allowance for this group.

Delegates directly questioned the Standing Committee on issues arising at the grassroots level.
At the dialogue, after each delegate's opinion, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigned each member in charge of the relevant sector or field to answer frankly and specifically. Through the conference, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee grasped a lot of information from the grassroots as well as the thoughts and aspirations of the mass mobilization team at the block, hamlet and people levels. On the side of the team of people doing mass mobilization work at the hamlet level, they had more information about the policies and regimes issued by the Central, the province and the district; and had a deeper awareness of their responsibilities to mobilize and convince the masses.
The conference is a premise for implementing the people's dialogue regulations in the coming time.
