Hyundai Elantra 2016 confirmed to launch next November
After a series of reports that the new generation of Hyundai Elantra will be available in 2015, recently, some "reputable" sources confirmed that this small car model of Hyundai will be announced at the 2015 Los Angeles exhibition - currently scheduled to take place in November.

Obviously, with an overseas launch scheduled for November, the 2016 Elantra will certainly be announced to the media in its home market of Korea much sooner. According to the schedule, the cars for the European market will be available in March 2016 - similar to the models for the US market.

Recently, a series of images of the new car on the test track with a thick layer of camouflage were also revealed on the Internet. According to this issue, the new car will have a completely different exterior design - following Hyundai's new design philosophy with a large grille, vertical LED daytime running lights. Overall, the new car's appearance is more mature and modern than the current version.
According to some news channels, Elantra 2016 will be equipped with engines shared with the new Hyundai Tucson including the GDI 1.6 T with turbocharger (176 horsepower). The car uses front-wheel drive with the option of a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
