Intel introduces computer as small as... a button
A computer the size of a... button was just demonstrated by Intel at CES 2015.
As one of the world's largest hardware manufacturers, every product or idea of Intel is closely watched by the public because it is likely to be the new foundation of technology in the future. And this time, Intel brought a surprise to CES 2015 with a computer that is only as small as a button.

Called Curie, it is a tiny computer in the truest sense of the word. Despite this, it has many sensors inside and can run for a certain amount of time. Its job is not to process applications on current operating systems, but to track the gestures and actions of objects.
This opens up a bright future for wearable devices as their power will be "bolstered" with the support of powerful chip manufacturers like Intel.
Along with the tiny computer, Intel also introduced 3D camera technology and its application when installed on drone control devices. This will also help the field science research industry to look forward to more powerful and efficient surveying devices.
Although Intel has not officially announced plans to put these technologies into practice, these are still "bright spots" at CES 2015.
