Titled “Race to Good,” the video was produced in high-definition by Al Hayat Media, the main IS media outlet. The dialogue alternates between Kazakh and Arabic, and is accompanied by subtitles in three languages, including English.

The video opens with a slow-motion shot of two rows of armed Kazakh soldiers marching through the desert; in the middle of the rows is a gunman on a white horse carrying a black IS flag. All are dressed in gray camouflage, except for a squad leader who is dressed in black.

A voice rang out: "Meet the newest brothers from Kazakhstan. They have prepared themselves and their children well, knowing full well that their final return is to Allah."

One of the Kazakh gunmen said: "These brothers are at training camps. They are training to fight unbelievers, polytheists, and other sinners."

In the video, a group of IS adults from Kazakhstan are trained in assault and sniper courses.

The video says they will “soon be ready to join the army of the Islamic State” before cutting to footage of Kazakh children shouting “God is great” in Arabic. The boys take buses to IS religious schools every day. One boy pretends to point a gun at the camera, while others repeat IS slogans.

The video then cuts to the boys being taught Shariah law in a classroom. A Kazakh cleric also in the classroom says: "Our whole childhood we didn't know about these blessings. We were taught to be atheists, but now we have found refuge in Allah. The children are very happy."

After hours of studying the Quran and learning to read and write Arabic, the children receive military training. They sit in groups and wear matching camouflage uniforms. One boy disassembles and assembles a machine gun while the others watch.

The children's Arabic teacher said: "The children will be trained more as they grow older. With Allah's permission, they are the next generation who will shake the earth and spread this noble religion to every corner of the globe."

When asked what they were doing and what they would do in the future, one of the Kazakh children, who gave his name as Abdullah, replied: "I am being trained in the camp. I will be the one who eliminates the unbelievers. I will become a mujahid, it is God's will."

Abdullah was part of a brigade of Kazakh boys. One of the older boys prayed before reiterating: “We will kill you, you unbelievers.”

The video also shows a toddler toddling nearby, holding a fake machine gun and wearing a military uniform. At the end of the video, the children are seen carrying guns and marching down the street, just like the adult soldiers at the beginning of the film. The video concludes: "These children will be the ones carrying the flag of Islam in the future."

According to Kazakhstan's National Security Council, at least 300 people from the country have traveled to Syria and joined IS, and about half of them are women.

Recently, IS massacred 25 members of a Sunni tribe in Anbar province, Iraq. The bodies of these people were discovered by the Iraqi army on the eastern edge of Anbar's capital Ramadi.

Local officials believe the victims were killed because they resisted IS advances into their territory.

IS has taken control of large areas in Syria and Iraq, and continues to hold territory in Anbar, despite three months of US-led airstrikes targeting the group.
