Plan to organize consultation on the draft Civil Code (amended)
(Baonghean.vn) - On February 6, 2015, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 550/QD-UBND on promulgating a plan to organize public consultation on the draft Civil Code (amended). The full text of the decision and related contents are as follows:
DECISION
Issue a plan to organize public consultation on the draft Civil Code (amended)
People's Committee of Nghe An province
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 857/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated December 25, 2014 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on organizing the collection of public opinions on the draft Civil Code (amended);
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/QD-TTg dated January 2, 2015 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Government's Plan on organizing public consultation on the draft Civil Code (amended);
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Justice in Submission No. 137/TTg-STP dated January 30, 2015,
Decision:
Article 1:Issued together with this Decision is the Plan for organizing public consultation on the draft Civil Code (amended).
Article 2:This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3: Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee; Directors of Departments; Heads of Provincial-level branches and sectors; Chairmen of People's Councils and People's Committees at district and commune levels and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
