Europa League results: English football regains face
After the disappointment of Manchester, English football has somewhat regained its reputation when all three of their teams won the second round of the Europa League group stage.
Tottenham had a convincing 2-0 victory over Anzhi right in Russia. Meanwhile, Swansea City defeated St. Gallen 1-0, and Wigan Athletic beat Maribor 3-1.

Meanwhile, Italian football could not have complete joy. Fiorentina won 2-1 against Dnipro, while Lazio had to work very hard to get a 3-3 draw against Turkish representative Trabzonspor.
Like Italy, Spain also did not enjoy the joy. Valencia and Sevilla both won while Betis were held to a draw by Rijeka.
