Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Report on the results of a survey measuring people's satisfaction with the services of district-level State administrative agencies in Nghe An province in the first 6 months of 2024 (SIPAS).
Measuring people's satisfaction with the service of district-level State administrative agencies (hereinafter referred to as "people's satisfaction") is carried out through measuring people's satisfaction with the development, organization and implementation of public policies and the provision of public administrative services by district-level State agencies of Nghe An province. People's opinions, assessments, satisfaction levels, and expectations for the development, organization and implementation of public policies and the provision of public administrative services based on people's knowledge and experiences are listened to and used as a basis for building people's satisfaction index.

Nine important public policy groups that have a direct impact on people's lives were selected for people to evaluate, including: Economic development policy; health care policy; general education policy; domestic water policy; domestic electricity policy; social order and safety policy; road traffic policy; social security policy and State administrative reform policy.
Regarding public administrative services, people evaluate the general services provided at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Reception and Result Delivery Department at all levels in the locality. Measuring people's satisfaction with the development and implementation of public policies and the provision of public administrative services is done based on important factors and criteria of these two contents.
