Result: Man City crowned, Atletico-Real draw dramatic
Manchester City won their first trophy of the season after coming from behind to beat Sunderland 3-1 in the League Cup final. Yaya Toure, Samir Narsi and Jesus Navas were the ones who made the difference.

This is the third time in history that Man City has had the honor of winning this tournament. The last time they won the League Cup was exactly 38 years ago.
This victory will certainly be a great motivation for coach Manuel Pellegrini and his team to be confident on their journey to conquer the Premier League, FA Cup and the fierce battle with Barcelona in the second leg of the Champions League knockout round.
Meanwhile, in La Liga, the Madrid derby between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid ended 2-2. This result helped Real maintain their lead with 64 points, but Barcelona narrowed it down to 1 point. In the late match this morning, Barca crushed Almeria 4-1.
In round 26 of Serie A, Milan failed to make a surprise against Juventus and sadly accepted a 0-2 defeat. This defeat left Milan still stuck in 10th place on the rankings, while Juve continued to consolidate their top position with 69 points, 11 points ahead of Roma.
In round 27 of Ligue 1, the match between PSG and Marseille ended with three full points for the Parisian team. After 27 rounds, PSG has 64 points and is 8 points ahead of Monaco.
