End of the review conference of the Vinh City Party Committee in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee
(Baonghean.vn) -After 6 working days (from October 8 to 13), the Vinh City Party Committee Standing Committee concluded the Conference on self-criticism and criticism of collectives and individuals according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term) "Some urgent issues in Party building today".
Implementing the guidance plan of the Politburo and the Provincial Party Committee, the Vinh City Party Committee has seriously prepared reports on the implementation of step 2 of self-criticism and criticism within the Party according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee. In conducting the review, the Vinh City Party Committee closely followed the 3 issues mentioned in Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, deeply analyzing and clarifying the shortcomings and limitations of the collective and individuals. At the conference, there were 15 comments on the draft collective review, 120 comments for 15 members of the Standing Committee. All comments were carefully prepared, demonstrating responsibility, objectivity, honesty, sincerity, frankness with a high spirit of construction. The comrades who received comments all seriously recognized their shortcomings with a respectful and receptive attitude.
In the review, the Vinh City Party Committee's Standing Committee demonstrated responsibility, listened to opinions, did not avoid shortcomings, and specifically identified the strengths and weaknesses of the Standing Committee in line with the three urgent contents of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee. At the same time, the roles and responsibilities of the leaders and each individual in the Standing Committee for shortcomings and limitations were more clearly defined. The City Party Committee Secretary demonstrated the exemplary, self-awareness, and responsibility of a leader in self-criticism and criticism; conducted the review conference according to principles, promoted democracy and collective intelligence in contributing opinions on review and criticism. Through the collective and individual reviews, solutions were proposed to overcome and correct, creating a sincere atmosphere, further strengthening solidarity and unity within the Standing Committee.
