Overcoming difficulties and doing a good job of collecting martyrs' graves in Laos

(Baonghean.vn) -As part of the working program in Xieng Khouang province, Lao PDR, on April 22, a special working delegation of Nghe An province led by comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Team for collecting martyrs' graves of Nghe An province. Accompanying were representatives of the provincial departments and branches.

Before the working session, comrade Le Xuan Dai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the special working delegation of the province came to offer incense to commemorate the souls of 31 heroic martyrs who were Vietnamese experts and volunteer soldiers who fought and sacrificed their lives in Laos and were exhumed during this period. Working with the team collecting martyrs' graves of Nghe An province, on behalf of the provincial leaders, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the results that the team had achieved, achieving the plan in the dry season of 2013 and 2014. The officers and soldiers of the team had overcome all difficulties and hardships in weather and terrain conditions to collect martyrs' graves as planned. The team also helped people in remote areas of Laos to develop their economy and society. He hoped that the team would continue to promote the tradition, overcome difficulties and do a good job of collecting martyrs' graves in the coming time.

Also yesterday afternoon, the special working delegation of Nghe An province had a working session with the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province, Lao PDR. Receiving and working with the special working delegation of Nghe An province were Colonel Kham Sa Voi Sin Tha Nu Xay - Lieutenant; Colonel Bun Xu - Commander of the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province. At the working session, the two sides discussed and agreed on a training cooperation program to build a model of increased production and livestock breeding to develop the economy and improve the lives of officers and soldiers of the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province, Laos. Accordingly, the Military Command of Nghe An province will directly develop a project and organize training for officers and soldiers of the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province on science and technology in the fields of production, livestock breeding, aquaculture and disease prevention.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that this is a very meaningful cooperation program to help Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command gain more knowledge and experience in increasing production and raising livestock. Nghe An Province will create the most favorable conditions for the Military Commands of the two provinces to implement the project as soon as possible. He suggested that the two sides need to survey and build a model that is close to the actual situation and conditions of each region. Before implementing the project, it is necessary to organize training to transfer science and technology to cadres and soldiers so that when implementing it, it will achieve the best results. Nghe An Province will send more technical staff to support the construction, development and replication of the project.
