Opening of Access English Scholarship Program in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, April 11, Vinh University held the opening ceremony of the Access English Scholarship Program in Nghe An. On the school's side, there were Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Dinh Phuong - Vice Principal of the school; Mr. Michael Turner - Deputy Counselor for Culture and Information, US Embassy in Vietnam.Male25 students received Access English scholarships.

25 students received scholarships from schools: Vinh University High School for the Gifted, Ethnic Boarding High School, Thai Lao High School... The Acceess English Scholarship sponsored by the US Government was implemented for 2 years (2013 - 2015) for students from 14 to 16 years old with difficult circumstances and good academic performance. The Acceess English Scholarship is sponsored to VietnamMalesince 2009. In which, the Foreign Language - Information Technology Center of Vinh University is one of 6 facilities selected by the US Embassy to implement this program.
