(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, May 22, at the College of Economics and Technology No. 1, the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs held the opening ceremony of a Korean language training course for workers from 3 poor districts (Que Phong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son) who wish to work in Korea in the agricultural sector. Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended.

The course has 203 students (including more than 50 female students) aged 18-39 from 3 poor districts: Que Phong, Ky Son and Tuong Duong who have registered to work abroad under Resolution 71 of the Prime Minister. The course lasts 3 months, and the academies are supported with 100% of their tuition and accommodation costs. After completing the course, the labor sector will organize a recruitment exam. If the academies have satisfactory learning results, they will continue to receive free vocational training and paperwork to work in Korea.




Comrade Le Xuan Dai encouraged students to try hard to study and escape poverty.



Students come from 3 districts: Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Que Phong

After 3 years of implementing Resolution 30a and Resolution 71 of the Prime Minister, Nghe An province has sent nearly 200 people from 3 poor districts of Que Phong, Tuong Duong, and Ky Son to work abroad; bringing the total number of Nghe An people working abroad to over 42,000 people - the annual foreign currency source these workers send back is over 120 million USD.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Le Xuan Dai praised the positive results that the provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has achieved in sending workers to work abroad in recent years, contributing significantly to the economic development of the province. At the same time, he kindly exchanged and advised the students to study hard to be able to work in Korea, thereby having the opportunity to escape poverty and become rich. At the same time, he assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the three districts of Que Phong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son, and the College of Economics and Technology No. 1 to create all favorable conditions for students to study with peace of mind, quickly grasp Korean and achieve the highest results in the exam.
