(Baonghean.vn) -On March 1, at the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, Nghe An Police held the opening ceremony of the first training course for citizens serving in the People's Public Security Forces in 2013.

The 4-month training course aims to train 30 new soldiers in the following subjects: Politics, law, regulations, martial arts, shooting and professional skills of CSCĐ; CSBV; PCCC. In addition, the new soldiers are also trained in extracurricular subjects such as physical training, national defense sports and 3 CAND martial arts exercises...

Also on this occasion, 30 new soldiers were awarded the rank of Private First Class in the People's Public Security.
