Opening of Business Startup Training Class

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing Decision No. 4892/QD-UBND dated December 5, 2012 approving the "Project to train Nghe An entrepreneurs for the period 2012 - 2015, with a view to 2020" and Decision No. 1143/QD-UBND dated March 27, 2014 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the Plan to train Nghe An entrepreneurs in 2014, in Vinh city, the Center for Investment Promotion and Development Consulting (Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment) has just coordinated with Nghe An University of Economics to organize the opening of a Business Startup training course.

Attending the opening ceremony were Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Mr. Nguyen Huu Mao - Director of the Center for Investment Promotion and TVPT; Mr. Duong Xuan Thao, Principal of Nghe An University of Economics and more than 70 students who are leaders, managers of enterprises, cooperatives, and business owners attending the course.

Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, spoke at the Opening Ceremony.

The class will study 02 topics: Topic 1: Decision-making skills, conducted by Dr. Truong Minh Duc - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration, National Economics University and Topic 2: Psychology of leadership and management, conducted by Associate Professor - Dr. Ngo Kim Thanh, Head of the Department of Business Administration, National Economics University. In addition, the class is also equipped with accounting knowledge for business directors, interspersed with seminars, exchanges, and practical contacts.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment summarized the content, objectives, construction process and initial implementation of the project. Accordingly, the goal of the project is to build a team of Nghe An entrepreneurs who are strong in both quantity and quality, capable of planning business strategies, dynamic, sensitive, adaptable to changes in the business environment; have national spirit, business culture, high social responsibility, have enough capacity and qualifications to lead and manage enterprises operating with quality, efficiency, high competitiveness, closely linked, actively participating in production networks, domestic value chains and moving towards the global; more and more enterprises and entrepreneurs have large national and regional brands. Strive by 2020, many Nghe An enterprises and entrepreneurs have brands reaching national and Southeast Asian levels.

In order for the class to achieve high quality, the Department of Planning and Investment recommends that students strictly follow the rules and regulations of the class, arrange their work at the agency or unit reasonably to focus on studying for the best results, and that lecturers and class steering committees create favorable conditions for students to complete the course well.

According to the project implementation plan, in 2014, 11 training classes will be organized, with a minimum of 550 students, including: 04 business start-up classes, 06 business administration classes and 01 in-depth knowledge training class for CEOs and this is the first training class of 2014.

According to the program, the training course will be held for 5 days, from May 24 to 28, 2014.
