Opening of the Advanced Political Theory - Administrative In-service Course in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 8, Nghe An Provincial Political School coordinated with Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration to organize the opening ceremony of the In-service Advanced Political Theory - Administrative Course, Course X (School year 2012 - 2014).
Attending the Opening Ceremony, on behalf of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, there were comrades: Nguyen Tat Giap - Deputy Director of the Academy; Nguyen Huu Cat - Director of the Department of Training Management. On behalf of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, To Hong Hai - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; Bui Thi Thu Huong - Principal of the Provincial Political School.
The Advanced Political Theory - Administrative Course, Course X has 120 students who are leaders, managers, and reserve staff in planning of departments, branches, and sectors of districts and cities of the province. During the 2-year study period, students will study and research 20 modules. Thereby, it will help students gain deeper understanding of the theories of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought; raise awareness and better understand the scientific basis of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies; better grasp the core issues of Administrative Science and, more importantly, know how to apply the knowledge and theories learned to solve problems and handle situations in the practical work of agencies and units in order to achieve high quality and efficiency in performing tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Tran Hong Chau hoped that the students would strive to study well, fully absorb the content that the lecturers of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Public Administration imparted to apply in practical work. The provincial political school needs to advise on innovation in training management, combine study with practical research; create the most favorable conditions for lecturers and students during their time studying at the school.
