The class had 90 students who were current and potential cadres, leaders and managers under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The class lasted for 2 years (2015 - 2017), based on lectures delivered by lecturers from the Regional Political Academy I on Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought and the viewpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam; combining classroom learning with debates and discussions of new and difficult issues, research of reference materials, and field trips, the students will consolidate and improve their knowledge in all aspects, grasp scientific principles and methods to apply creatively in practical activities, and at the same time, practice moral qualities and working style, become excellent cadres in terms of intelligence and ethics, have influence in practice, contribute to improving the leadership capacity and overall fighting strength of the entire Party.
