Immediately after the opening ceremony, many cultural and sports activities took place simultaneously in many clusters and points of Bach Ma Temple relic site, including football, volleyball, tug of war, chess, wrestling, poetry contests, etc., attracting tens of thousands of participants. A special feature of the festival activities at Bach Ma Temple festival in 2014 was the display of pictures on the theme of "historical and cultural relics in Nghe An" and "sovereignty over Truong Sa islands" which attracted a large number of people to come and see.

On the evening of March 9, cultural exchange activities; beauty contest; film screenings with themes about Uncle Ho and the traditional history of the nation took place at locations around the Bach Ma Temple relic site.
