(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of August 11, at the Provincial Police Gymnasium, the opening ceremony of the provincial Internal Affairs - Armed Forces Volleyball Tournament took place on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2, and the 70th anniversary of the traditional day of the sectors in the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces.
Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Provincial Military Command, the Procuracy, the Department of Justice, the Court, the Inspectorate, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department and more than 100 athletes participating in the tournament.

The 2015 volleyball tournament is a practical activity to celebrate major national holidays; to welcome the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An province in the period 2010 - 2015. The tournament is also a driving force to promote the sports training movement of units in the Internal Affairs - Military Cluster to develop more comprehensively, at the same time strengthening the relationship of coordination and cooperation between units in the cluster in the coming time.

The tournament will take place from today (August 11) to August 13, with 7 teams participating. The competition format is divided into 2 groups (Group A competes at the Provincial Police Department, Group B at the Fire Police Department). The semi-finals and finals will take place at the Provincial Police Stadium.
