Opening of the Volleyball Tournament for male and female students
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 13, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Vietnam Student Association of Nghe An province to organize the Opening Ceremony of the 2014 Volleyball Tournament for male and female students of affiliated universities and colleges. This is an activity to celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the Vietnam Teachers' Day (20/11-1982-20/11-2014).

Participating in this year's tournament are 170 players (7 men's teams and 6 women's teams) from 9 schools including: Vinh Medical University, Nghe An University of Economics and Technology, College of Culture and Arts, Vietnam-Korea College, College of Tourism and Commerce, Vinh University, Vinh Technical Pedagogical University, Viet Duc Vocational College and Nghe An Pedagogical College.

The volleyball tournament for students of universities and colleges will take place from November 13-14, competing in the form of dividing the first and second teams into the semi-finals. The purpose of the tournament is to develop the sports movement among students; it is an opportunity for students of schools to increase sports activities, physical training, exchange and promote sports talents among students.
