Opening of the first Vinh City Television Football Tournament - Emperor Quang Trung Cup

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of October 1, Vinh City Television Station opened the first Vinh City Television Football Tournament - Emperor Quang Trung Cup on the occasion of the 224th Anniversary of Phoenix Trung Do - Vinh.

The organizers awarded souvenir flags to the participating teams.

The tournament had nearly 200 athletes from 17 teams inside and outside the province, divided into 4 groups to compete in a round robin, selecting the top 2 teams from each group to enter the knockout rounds. After the opening ceremony, 3 exciting matches took place with many beautiful moves between the clubs: FC Lavisson - FC Huong Son; FC Lam Giang - FC Free and FC Van Minh - FC Manh Vy.

The competition will end on October 8, 2012.
