Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Traffic Construction Corporation 4 (CIENCO4), the Department of Sports and Physical Training, and the Provincial Youth Union.

This CIENCO4 Sports Tournament gathers nearly 300 athletes competing in two sports: tennis and mini football. The tournament will take place from March 24 to March 25. The tournament is an opportunity for the young generation of CIENCO4 to practice health and exchange and learn with athletes, agencies and units in Nghe An province.
Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien presented flags and flowers to athletes participating in the tournament.
The tennis match took place immediately after the opening ceremony.
